As the new face of the Kerala Builders Forum (KBF), CREDAI Kochi will promote real estate development in Kochi, but now with a national impetus

CREDAI Kochi will bring in best practices prevalent in the industry nationwide in terms of innovative ideas, latest trends and standards in construction activities. It will be responsible for maintaining integrity and transparency in the realty sector in the state; and as part of a national body will voice and represent issues and proactive policies before the government and other concerned authorities.

The association will seek to redress issues that relate to taxation, stamp duty, and promulgate prudent strategies for affordable housing to provide good return of investment for consumers.

CREDAI Kochi comprises a group of developers and builders who have over the years earned a high reputation amongst buyers and investors.

What CREDAI Kochi aims to achieve:

What is CREDAI?

CREDAI is the apex body of organized real estate developers having over 4000 members from 20 states of India. It is an autonomous organization responsible for promoting changes and reforms, creating and maintaining guidelines pertaining to integrity and transparency among developers, and representing issues and proactive policies before the government and other concerned authorities. It encourages scientific developments to the industry by encouraging research in construction techniques and property development.

CREDAI aims to bring in more growth and development into the industry, thereby ensuring continued and secure investment opportunities for the investor.
